Rental Rates

Full Venue (Grand Hall and Courtyard) Rental - Flat Rate (see “Payment Stipulations”)

Weekends (Friday-Sunday):     $1,700 for an 8-hour period (anytime between 10AM - 10 PM) - *does not include premium amenities

Weekdays (Monday-Thursday):     $1,200 for an 8-hour period (anytime between 10AM - 10 PM) *does not include premium amenities

Full Venue (Grand Hall and Courtyard) Half Day Rental

Weekdays (Monday-Thursday):     $600 for a 4-hour period (anytime between 10AM - 10 PM)  Any Additional hours will be charged at a rate of $125/hr. *does not include premium amenities

Payment Breakdown

Weekends (Fri-Sun) Full Venue:     $1,500 total ($500 non-refundable deposit, $1,000 balance + $300 security deposit due 30 days prior)

Weekdays (Mon-Thurs) Full Venue:     $1,000 total ($500 non-refundable deposit, $500 balance + $300 security deposit due 30 days prior)

Weekdays (Mon-Thurs) Indoor Only:     $800 total ($400 non-refundable deposit, $400 balance + $300 security deposit due 30 days prior)


Note: If booked within 30 days of the event, the deposit becomes non-refundable upon receipt, and the remaining balance is due 14 business days before the event.

Weddings/Receptions

Starting at $3,000 (Pricing may vary based on additional days needed, setup a and breakdown times. Venue owner will provide a detailed quote after gathering event specifics.)

Holidays

*All Holidays (Easter, MLK, Presidents, Labor, Valentine’s, Mother’s, Father’s, Columbus, Veterans, etc.) , Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve event space rental price will be the same price as a weekend rate*

Promotional Events
 
**ATTENTION**
All / Any Kind of Public Advertisements, Announcements or Marketing for your event.
**This includes Family and Friends Events, Free to the Public Events, or Ticketed Events**

 If you are planning to have any type of promotional event at the venue involving  any type of advertising/ marketing of your event -  you must first submit to the Venue Management for approval, and then get signed written permission from Management before any steps are taken to promote the event to anyone, in any capacity! 

Promotional Events Security Stipulations

Professional security MUST be booked for any promotional (commercial or sales) events. There will be a minimum charge of $200.00 for each guard, per 4 hr. time increment billed to the client for booking security, any additional hours will be billed on a per-hour basis. Venues By Eco will allocate the final 4-hr portion of the event time-slot to use of security guard for party coverage, security guard will close out event at the end of the client's contracted time (at the end of the security guard's 4 hour shift). Security will adhere to a 4-hour shutdown schedule from commencement of security services unless more time has been contracted by Client. The venue will provide contact information for the security vendor(s), and the venue will schedule the security vendor accordingly, two at minimum are required, one man for male attendees and one woman for the female attendees. All professional security payments must be paid with LOCK-IN FEE, UPON BOOKING.

Professional Events (TBD By Management)

After Hours Mixers, Seminars, Networking Events, Banquets, etc.

Payment Stipulations

Booking Fee:     
Due immediately upon signing the contract to lock in your event date.   Non-refundable after 30 calendar days.  If a Client cancels a reservation 31 days or more before the event date, the Owner will refund the Deposit minus a $100.00 cancellation fee.


Cleaning/Incidentals Security Deposit: A $300.00 dollar cleaning/incidentals security deposit must be collected with your final venue rental payment, this payment will be refunded within 3-5 business days once the venue is inspected and no damage to the building or cleaning issues are found. Client is required to ensure that no debris is left or damage is done to  inside and outside of building, including parking areas in front and rear of building. Client will be held responsible for any debris or trash left behind and / or damages to surrounding building and parking lot areas - condition of building will determine if deposit will be returned. *All deposits will be refunded by check or electronic payment only

CANCELLATION POLICY

If the Client cancels the reservation [30] days or more, after the booking Date, the Owner will retain the full lock-in fee.

If a Client cancels a reservation [29] days or less after the booking date, the Owner will refund the lock-in fee minus a $250.00 cancellation fee.

If the Venue is booked within 30 days or less of the event date, the lock-in fee is automatically non-refundable

Additional Setup / Breakdown Time
*MUST BE PURCHASED NO LATER THAT 72 HOURS BEFORE THE EVENT*

Setup:  Additional time for the venue can be requested for the day of the event, *same-day*,(to decorate, set-up, rehearse, etc.) at a fee of $150.00 per 2-hour time limit. This fee must be paid in advance with the initial deposit. If the day prior to the event is requested for additional time to set up, decorate, rehearse etc. this may be honored at the venue’s approval, if there is not another event booked for the time slot requested. The fee for this additional time  is $300 per 4-hour time slot.

Breakdown:  Venues allow an additional hour after event shutdown for clients to clean and clear the building. Any additional breakdown time after 11pm will be charged at $100.00 per hour, additional fee will be withheld from the cleaning / incidental security deposit.

Access & Security

Venues By Eco will issue you a key fob to be used on the day of your event. The key fob will be located inside
a coded mailbox located at the front door. The code will be sent to you 1 day prior to your event. The key fob
must be returned to the mailbox by the end of the event. If the key fob is not returned or is found to be damaged, or if the mailbox is found to be damaged, a $50.00 charge will be billed to the client and taken from the cleaning / incidentals deposit.

The venue is security monitored 24-7, inside and outside, with plenty of lighting during the day as well as in
the evenings with floodlights and motion-sensor lighting, and a secure-access, gated and security camera
monitored parking lot. *Professional security for on-site events must be booked for ALL events where
alcohol will be served, and all events with 100 or more attendees, casual or promotional (commercial or
sales)* There will be a minimum charge of $200.00 billed to the client for the security booking fee (charge is
included in the flat-rate billing), this will cover a 4-hour time span, and all additional hours will be billed on a
per-hour basis. This fee must be paid with the final payment 30 days or more before the scheduled event. This fee is due immediately upon booking if the event is booked less than 30 days prior to the actual event date. Client can allocate any portion of their timeslot to use of security for party coverage, Security will close out event at contracted time. Security will adhere to a 4-hour shutdown schedule from commencement of security services unless more time has been scheduled. The venue will provide contact information for the security vendor(s), and the venue will schedule the security vendor accordingly. Contact Venues by Eco for more information, the charges may vary. Only the Venue’s chosen security vendors will be used.

Food & Alcohol

Food : If your event involves the preparation, serving, or sale of food, a Temporary Food Service Establishment Application is required at least 30 days prior. Documentation must be provided to the venue 14 business days before the event. Failure to provide verification may result in event cancellation. No permit is required for private, non-commercial events.  

Alcohol: If you plan to serve or sell alcohol, a Temporary/Special Event Alcohol Permit is required at least 30 days prior. A licensed bartender must be secured, and documentation submitted to the venue 14 business days before the event. Failure to provide verification may result in event cancellation. No license is required for private, non-commercial events.
