Main Hall Features

  • Tables (Regular 60 in rounds, 6 Ft. Rectangular, and 2.6 Ft. High-Top Tables) and chairs included free of charge -  (Clients must clean, set up and break down tables and chairs before and after use)

  • Floodlights and motion lights surround the building perimeter and rear parking lot

  • Grand Hall (Indoor) kitchen: complete, full prep with 3 convection ovens *All convert to air fryers, Barn-door-style serving window

Please Note: Courtyard-only rentals are not available, as guests will still need building access for restroom use.

Premium Amenity Upgrades

All a la carte fees are due with the final payment 30 days before the event.

Kitchen Rental: $200 (A $100 fee will be charged for uncleaned/damaged equipment.)

Courtyard Grill Rental: $100 (A $100 fee will be charged for uncleaned/damaged equipment.)

Popcorn Machine Rental: $50 (A $50 fee will be charged for uncleaned/damaged equipment.)

Steamers/Broilers/Fryers Rental: $75 (No outside equipment allowed. A $75 fee will be charged for uncleaned/damaged equipment.)

Fire Pit Rental: $75 (No debris allowed. A $75 fee will be charged for uncleaned/damaged equipment.)

Food Warmers Rental: $100 (A $100 fee will be charged for uncleaned/damaged equipment.)
